2. Fabric Style
Choose whether you would like:

• One Fabric – The same fabric/color used throughout the entire appliqué
• Assorted Fabrics – A mix of coordinating fabrics/colors throughout the design

3. Color Choices
Please list the colors you would like included in your design. School or team colors are welcome!

Example:
“Royal blue, white & red — assorted fabrics”

Once your order is placed, I will contact you to finalize the details of your design, including fabric/color selections and any additional customization needed before your piece is made.
