Processing Time

 

 

 

All orders are made to order right here in the Pacific Northwest!

 

Please allow 7-14 business days for production before shipping.

During busy seasons (like school spirit wear launches or holidays), processing times may extend slightly. If you ever need an item by a specific date, please reach out before ordering — we’ll always do our best to make it happen!

Shipping Options

 

 

 

We currently offer the following options at checkout:

 


  • Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS): 3–7 business days after production.
  • Local Pick-Up (Free): Pick up your order locally at The Local Shop in Sedro-Woolley, WA. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready with pick-up hours and details.
  • Local Delivery (When Available): For select areas near Sedro-Woolley or Big Lake, we may offer free or low-cost delivery — announced occasionally during local school launches or special events.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

 

 

 

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

 

If your package seems delayed, please check tracking first — USPS and UPS may take extra time during holidays or inclement weather.

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

 

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at cassie@pressnorthwest.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can help make it right.

Local Pick-Up Orders

 

 

 

Orders marked for local pick-up will receive an email notification when ready. Please pick up within 14 days of that email. If you need extra time, just send us a message — we totally get that life happens!

 

Returns & Exchanges

 

 

 

Because all Press Northwest items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in your order.
